Quote PDF Maker ("the add-on") is operated by Onnuri Stationery ("we"). This policy explains what the add-on accesses and how it is handled.

What the add-on accesses

• Current spreadsheet only (spreadsheets.currentonly): reads the range you select and writes a results tab in the same spreadsheet. It cannot access other spreadsheets.
• Google Docs™ (documents): creates a temporary document to lay out each quotation and export it to PDF.
• Files created by the add-on (drive.file): creates the output folder and PDFs and reads a logo the add-on itself stored. It does not access your other Google Drive™ files.
• Container UI (script.container.ui): shows the sidebar and menu.
• Outbound requests (script.external_request): calls Google's own Google Drive™ export endpoint (www.googleapis.com) to convert the temporary document to PDF. No other hosts are contacted.

How data is stored

• Your spreadsheet contents and customer data stay within your Google account. We do not transmit them to our servers.
• Saved settings (column mapping, branding) are stored in your own Apps Script user properties; a content-free usage counter is stored in the spreadsheet's document properties.
• Temporary Google Docs™ are moved to trash after the PDF is exported.
• Generated PDFs remain in your Google Drive™ until you delete them.

Telemetry

Usage counters contain event counts and bounded reason codes only. They never include customer names, item names, quote IDs, amounts or file IDs.

Payments

No payment provider is integrated. The add-on does not collect payment data.

Deletion

Uninstalling the add-on removes its stored settings and usage counter. Output PDFs and the results tab remain in your Google account until you delete them.
